As Office Manager / HR Officer, you (together with Marjolijn) will be responsible for the ins and outs of our office. Our workforce is growing fast and we want our colleagues to do their work for our innovative platform excellently. You therefore ensure that everything in the office is organised down to the last detail and that colleagues receive a quick and correct answer to their questions on HR or other subjects. Examples of your duties include:

  • administrative HR tasks (mileage allowance, leave, personnel files, new employees, lease agreements, etc.);
  • facilitary matters in the office including purchasing;
  • event manager of our team outings/ drinks;
  • onboarding new colleagues;
  • planning and taking minutes of meetings;

And the above is not set in stone. Above all, we hope that you are a go-getter and like to roll up your sleeves to help where needed. Even if that means, for example, writing a piece of text to help marketing. A real all-round function, therefore, in which you add a lot to the team. Colleagues are very grateful to have you!

  • Mbo+ working and thinking level;
  • number of years of work experience in a similar position is a plus;
  • extensive knowledge and experience with MS Office packages;
  • communicative strong and a self-starter;
  • energetic, proactive, organisationally sensitive and organisational talent.

  • Salary depends on knowledge and experience (indication: € 2,686 - € 3,190 euro obv. 40 hours pm.);
