Driven, proactive and hands-on. Transporting Wheels is a fast-growing and innovative online platform for car transport. The company is growing exponentially, which is why we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support and advise us in the field of HRM. You have extensive knowledge of the core HRM themes and you are able to develop, translate and implement HR policies in all areas. You advise and guide the MT/Management Board solicited and unsolicited and you attend relevant meetings on behalf of HR when necessary. This includes talent management, employer branding, strategic personnel planning, attractive employment conditions, internal communication and change management. In addition, there are always changes going on in the organisation where it is important that HR thinks along. For example, we will be moving to Zwolle this year.
It is important that you have extensive experience in managing, supervising and developing different types of employees and you can communicate well at different levels (strategic, tactical and operational). It is also a big plus if you have experience with an international organisation. We now have several European offices and there is a good chance that this will expand.

Who ARE WE?
Transporting Wheels is an independent online platform for offering, scheduling and managing car transports. For car transporters, the platform is a fixed access point to schedule transports. We have been doing this since 2014. Transporting Wheels puts an end to empty transporters. Too often, car transporters drive around empty because they don't have the information where vehicles are that need to be transported. Through Transporting Wheels' platform, car transporters get good insight into where vehicles are that need to be transported. This allows transporters to optimally plan their trips and empty driving becomes a thing of the past. This results not only in profits for all parties involved, but also in a considerable CO2 reduction per transported vehicle.
Transporting Wheels is doing well. We are growing fast and that also makes working for us extra attractive. There is a lot to do and own initiatives are very much appreciated. We also strive to be a modern employer.
Our team consists of 25 colleagues. We are located in IJsselmuiden, a 15-minute drive from Zwolle (where we will relocate in the near future).
In addition, we recently opened a branch in Germany and our ambition is to become market leader in several countries. We have no hierarchy. Everyone is a colleague you work with. The atmosphere is relaxed, although we work hard. Playing table football or F1 racing on a big screen between work. Having lunch together and going for a walk in the afternoon is also common.
