The Function:
As an Accounts Receivable Officer at Transporting Wheels, you will be responsible for monitoring outstanding receivables and optimising the accounts receivable process. You will ensure that our customers make timely and correct payments and contribute to a healthy cash flow.
Operations:
- Manage the accounts receivable portfolio and proactively liaise with customers on outstanding invoices;
- Follow-up on payment reminders and dunning letters;
- Processing payments and booking receipts;
- Analyse payment behaviour and identify discrepancies;
- Support the preparation of reports and analyses;
- Advise internal stakeholders on accounts receivable issues;
- Contribute to optimising the accounts receivable process and reducing arrears.

What we ask:
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in finance;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of debtor management and collection procedures;
- Analytical ability and attention to detail;
- Communicatively strong and customer-oriented;
- Good command of Dutch and English, German is an advantage;
- Full-time availability.
